2 Pairc Na Láir is situated 1½ miles from Miltown Malbay on the Lachinch road. Located on a private road it boasts sea views in a secluded location. It is a short drive to the nearby blue flag White Strand beach and 10 minutes from the renowned seaside resort of Lahinch, which has long been known for its famous links golf course is also the premier location for surfing in the west of Ireland. For the golfers the Greg Norman designed course at Doonbeg is less than ½ hour drive. White Strand beach is a favourite amongst locals and a fantastic beach for children. During the summer holidays there are many organised activities held here. Other beaches in the area include the well known Spanish Point beach. Take a drive to see the famous Cliffs of Moher or for an alternative day out catch a boat from Doolin and view the cliffs from the sea or visit the Aran Islands. There are many other attractions in the area why not have a look at these websites for some ideas. Pairc Na Lair house is a modern house with four bedrooms three of which are en-suite, a large open plan living/dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. It has satellite TV in the sitting room with SKY Plus and a DVD player. There is also a radio and CD player. Bedroom 1 has a superking size bed, walk in wardrobe and Ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. There is also a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor with double bed and en-suite wet room with shower. Externally there is a wooden decking area with seating for eight. Close to Lahinch so handy if youre the surfing type but far away enough to bask in the peacefulness of the surroundings. The only thing wrong..... there is only 2 bowls in the house.... it makes for interesting debates at breakfast time!"
