UPPER ROCK GARDENS 2
Excellent value for money in a great location to boot! This sunny ground floor studio has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Brighton. Continental breakfast is provided daily free of charge. The breakfast consists of freshly squeezed orange juice, small packets of variety of cereals, milk, bread, ham, butter & jam, croissants, yoghurts, cafetiere and real coffee and a bowl of fruit.

PERFECT LOCATION
Upper Rock Gardens in Kemptown is a street filled with guest houses and B&Bs. This is no surprise as it is in a perfect location for holiday makers, with the beach minutes away, plus the pier, pavilion and the famous Lanes & North Laine areas all within easy walking distance. A short walk up into Kemptown Village you will discover some great shops including many vintage stores, also restaurants and traditional pubs offering excellent Sunday roasts & cask ales. St James Street with its selection of bars and restaurants is also just around the corner.

Thomas says: "Myself and my girlfriend stayed in this room for 8 nights and we had a lovely time together. The room was ideal, the facilities provided were perfect. We were able to look after ourselves at our own pace without having to rely on eating out, or keep to a food serving time slot. The landlady was so nice and accommodating. The service provided exceeded all that would have been necessary to meet what would have been perfectly acceptable. The location was really nice also, less than 10 minutes walk from the coast and the pier. There was a street around the corner with a shop for every essential you could think of. The clubs, bars, restaurants and general nightlife are surrounding the place with loads to choose from, although still far enough so that no noise pollution reaches the area. The only noise we had to put up with was the occasional passing youths and sea gulls. All in all Id really recommend staying here, I honestly believe itd be suitable for absolutely anybody and Im confident youd have as nice a time as we did!"
