ADELAIDE CRESCENT APARTMENT 4
Classic, stylish and an ideal home from home. This apartment boasts high ceilings, original mouldings and the best view in town! The huge kitchen is a dream with access to a great roof terrace, ideal for drinks on a balmy summers evening. 2 double rooms each containing a kingsize bed. The bathroom in stunning aquamarine contains a large bath plus a large seperate shower cubicle . This bright and spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the stunning white Regency Adelaide Crescent, completed in 1860. There are wonderful views from the lounge over the Crescent gardens to the seafront and the sea and it is located only a minutes walk from the seafront in one direction and the same distance to the main road (with its many bars and brasseries, grocers and delis and restaurants to suit all tastes) into central Brighton (only a 10-15 minute walk away).

PARKING VOUCHERS AVAILABLE
Adelaide Crescent Apt 4 offers on street parking vouchers for £8 per day available to order when booking. PARKING TIP two streets down, in First and Second Avenue, you can park for 11 hours for £3.50. Pay and display bays around Brighton & Hove are approximately £1 an hour 8am – 8pm. Resident bays and Pay and display bays are free to park after 6pm or 8pm depending on the zone. Day passes can be purchased for the majority of car parks from £8 a day, with some car parks offering FREE evening parking. Regency Square Car Park is an underground car park less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
